The evening will feature the following:
• Ceremonial Keg Tapping at 6 p.m.
• Complimentary Pretzel Bar from 6 – 8 p.m.
• Cake cutting and free anniversary cake for all guests
To celebrate, our chefs have developed a special feature menu that will be available through the weekend*:
Beef Rouladen - $22
Tender beef stuffed with pickles and vegetables, topped with beer gravy and served with house made spätzle & roasted brussels sprouts
Roast Duck - $26
Succulent roasted duck served with red cabbage, duck gravy and potato dumplings
Sausage Trinity - $19
Bockwurst, knackwurst & smoked krainer sausage over red cabbage with apples, served with mashed potatoes
Kaiserschmarrn - $8
A traditional dessert, similar to American pancakes, served in bite-sized pieces with fruit compote
